We are happy to have you as our neighbor!

You are cordially invited to become a member of the Davies Plantation Homeowners Association (DPHA). Your membership and involvement in neighborhood activities allows us to be a more connected, safer, and stronger community. Membership in DPHA is voluntary, but highly encouraged.

In addition to sponsoring events and community building activities, DPHA also supports the maintenance and beautification of our neighborhood common areas and unique, upscale street signposts. DPHA advocates for our neighborhood with the Bartlett City government on general topics pertaining to our residents. These activities and representation continue to make our neighborhood a desirable location in which to live.

Dues are FREE for the calendar year that you move in and only $30 a year each year after.
